Rainy Day Cabaret

Rainy Day Cabaret was concieved in 2007 by Joanie Mix, as a part of the 2007 MN Fringe Festival.  In 2009 Mix joined with Lindsay Bullock to take the company to a higher level.  Since then they have produced four shows.  Three of which were held at the Old Arizona Theater (MPLS), and one at the Mayo Civic Center (Rochester, MN) as guest artists/producers for the Rochester Dance Company.

Artistic Statement:
Rainy Day Cabaret is a group of ambitious artists who are aspiring to provide a new form of entertainment to any level of art and dance enthusiast. Led by Joanie Mix and Lindsay Bullock, the company is made up of young, athletic dancers who specialize in high-energy work with intense, character-driven roles. Through the use of choreography, music, video and costume design, a dark world is generated where you are invited to come and fill your open mind.
